Google is taking another big shot into the smartphone industry as it announced a $1.1 billion agreement with the Taiwanese company HTC. Thus, they will pay HTC $1.1 billion in trade out trade for some of its workers and Google will access HTC’s licensed innovation and intellectual properties.

This means that HTC and search engine giants will rob minds together to the production of more pixel smartphone and devices. Moreover, they will get a non-selective permit for HTC’s protected innovation.
The exchange will help HTC to exceed expectations with its up and coming leader smartphone and HTC will keep on expanding its VIVE VR stage and additionally put resources into IoT, AR, and AI.
